Summary: Fried Zucchini.

        1 cup diced zucchini
1 egg
1 Tablespoon Bisquick
seasoning salt to taste

Instructions:

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Drop mixture by level tablespoons. Fry until golden brown, turn, sprinkle with seasoning salt, and brown on remaining side.
