Chase County Fair Cheerleading Contest

Seven cheerleading squads competed in this year's competition, the tenth annual Chase County Fair Cheerleading Contest. The first-place squad received $200. Second place got $150, and $100 went to the third place winners. There was a Spirit Stick given to the squad that showed the most spirit. An Outstanding Cheerleader Award was given to the best individual cheerleader.

THE RESULTS:

First Place: Ogallala Cheerleaders.

Second Place: Chase County High School Cheerleaders

Third Place: Dundy County Cheerleaders

Spirit Stick: Dundy County High School Cheerleaders

Outstanding Cheerleader Award: Cheerleader from Ogallala.
